Forget your worries in this beach home. Lovely space for friends and family. Easy access to beach. Upstairs, there is one king bedroom with its own private bathroom. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, which are connected by a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Downstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom located on the same floor. 9 beds, of which 3 are sofa beds

I am so happy you chose my home for your trip. I hope you’ll make the most of this cozy home, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax and visit the surrounding area.
I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. No grill fuel/gas is provided. Guest is solely responsible for any risk associated with grilling. Do not cover or remove security cameras
I’ve put a lot of effort into making this home into a lovely space. We still have upcoming improvements. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange our furniture, don’t eat in the bedroom, and clean the kitchen after you use it. Take out trash to garbage/trash/recycle receptacles outside
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
Please respect the community and avoid making loud noise.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony. No more than the number of guest in the booking are allowed at the property at any time. Extra charges will be made if this happens. Late check out unless agreed upon will cost 200 dollars per hour. No RV or campers allowed on property. use of pool and pool area entirely at guest’s risk. Lock pool gate with latch and code chain lock upon checkout. No food or drinks in the pool area.
Pets are not welcome at our home, in as much as we love them so much. 500 dollar charge for any animal or pet per day. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs with one full bathroom . Second floor has 3 bedrooms, one king with its private full bathroom and 2 queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The living room has 2 pull out queen sleeper sofas. The king bedroom on the second floor also has a one pull out queen sleeper sofa. Thank you in advance for being a super guest! Hope you enjoy your stay. Cheers,
